Bio:
My name is Christopher Watson. My band is called "Chroma Specter", but I'm sticking with "Kicbal" for my MJ handle. The goal is to eventually get enough material for a CD and possibly translate some of the music into a performing band. I listen to and am influenced by a wide range of music, from Electronic to Jazz to Funk/R&B to Metal and places in-between. I also hope to be able to collaborate with some of the stellar talent that exists here at Macjams. I'm amazed at the awesome music that I have discovered here and am humbled at how prolific some of our fellow MJers are.
Recently moved from Salt Lake City, Utah as the result of a nice job layoff (thanks crappy economy), currently living the gypsy life with my young family until we end up where we end up (for the time being it's Phoenix, AZ) I grew up in the suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts. I’ve been playing saxophone since I was about 10 years old. I also sing, play the drums and keyboard. I'm trying to learn how to play the bass and a pro Gemeinhardt flute that I recently inherited. I’ve been involved in music for years, mostly playing in rock bands. I think I've played around 350 or so live shows throughout the years. Some of the highlights and best memories of my life have been rocking out the club scene and touring regionally with my previous bands "Sofa", "LoveSeat Daredevil", and "Corey Cluff & The Spin".
The LoveSeat Daredevil CD "Beauty Secrets" is available on itunes and many other online music stores.
Music runs through my veins 24-7 and I often think up the most amazing tunes while in the shower and then promptly forget it after I get dressed.
Other aspects of myself are: Graphic Designer, Musician, Photographer, Mtn. Biker, Snowboarder, Adventure Racer, Marathon Runner, Xbox Nerd, and Dad/little kid wrangler. Thanks for stopping by.

Kicbal Studio: My former home studio (sigh!) you will be missed.
