Description
This is an old track that's been totally reworked. The vocals and lyrics are by Pete Cheney, lifted from an old recording. I'll get over this obsession with choir vocals soon, I promise.

Lyrics
~GEARS~
Empty thoughts caught me unawares,
Some people stare at the bike I like.
Gotta German machine, blue daggy jeans
Over green pants.
Phantoms in my head.
Go for a stroll...
The ugly dogs are barking and teenagers parking.
Selling dope on the street.
Lurked around for years, praying away fears.
Always changing gears.
Cos' when you hit the shift you get a lift.
The dreams turn in your mind... time.
You remember a scene that warms your mind... time.
And you are actually thanking God for many delights.
You don't like fights, so it couldn't be too bad.
You know about being sad with that jealousy-soaked anguish.
But you got over it by learning another language.
Still you live, still you breath.
You haven't thieved though you've been deceived.
Hasn't everyone you know?
Got quiet, gone through the hoop of fire.
And tried it again.
And again comes the winter rain...

This is a very cool setting for your poetry. Consider placing ti under "Spoken Word" since I always feel like tracks placed under "Other" become orphaned somehow...
