Description
It's been a long time since we've recorded anything new. I miss posting songs and listening to everyone's stuff on here.
This one was recorded around the same time as our songs 58 Days, Father's Prayer & Deadlines. It was a song written for my father and his brother John.
My dad used to throw a big party every summer. Early 2004 he was planning a birthday party for John. We all knew it'd never take place.

Sad Song
A lot of emotion in this song. The rhythm guitar is very appropriate and sets up a mood of seriousness and an impending event. As on all of your songs I like the bare bones arrangement and the spirit of your songs. You just lay it out there and don't try to hide behind layers of special effects or a wall of sound! Good to have you visit again!
