Description
while this version of 'legacy' is not technically a montgomery california tune, it was recorded in the spirit of bands everywhere; one guy has a killer idea, and another guy takes it, steals the whole thing and says he wrote it...that's rock and roll!
seriously, i hope my bandmate enjoys this remix of my solo take on his killer idea!

of course...
... i don't mind!
couldn't think of a better place to post this than right here!
you bring my idea/song to a place i can not. i am honored.
like anything else we have posted, it's a band effort. i write it, you perfect it! works for me! cheers!
as long we don't end up in a "hotel california"-type debaucle... i'm all good ;)

Hey I remember this song!
LOL! I'll have to go back and listen to the original. This is crisply produced with bright guitars and clear vocals. Come on man, we know what you can do. Do something challenging. Sing baritone. Do some Johnny Cash, and then I'll be impressed.

Coincidentally I just posted an acoustic song too. Check it out.

hmmmm
i would think the fact that i could sing anything anytime anywhere at a moment's notice would impress you, my friend...i am a card carrying member of the 3 1/2 octave range club...
it brings to mind a quote i am partial of from the movie "quigley down under".

" i said i never had much use for one, didnt say i couldnt use one"...

Another Great Song
Guitar playing is " live " sounding and sounds good. Vocals are excellent ( as I have come to expect from you ).
Not to sound like a broken record .... but you two are musical kindred spirits, or brothers, cousins ....
Whatever, the songs that you both create are the embodiement of what good rock music is all about.
