Description
This is my late submission for the unoffical macjams iron chef challenge. Go listen to the other tunes... one by ka-klick, blamm and pooey. (that's at least all that I could find). My version is about a failed relationship I witnessed a few years ago. One came with a lot of baggage and the other was like a doormat. It wasn't until they got engaged that it really got interesting. I knew it wouldn't last but kept quiet (and kept watching - hell it was better than a movie!). Anyway... as usual... I think I may have taken a metaphor too far... but that's what i do i guess!

Lyrics
Your past life really gives me the blues
And it's too much to ask you to change your shoes
So please, wipe your feet at the door
Don't try and hide the fact that you’ve been trekking through the mud
Its a simple thing I ask, I’m not asking for your blood
Just please, wipe your feet at the door
I just want to hear a small swish
Across the mat and we'll be fine
Don't bother with a can of polish
Since there ain't nothin' that can make your shoes shine
Don’t get me wrong I think your laces are looking mighty fine
Its underneath on your sole; there’s so much dirt and grime
So please, wipe your feet at the door
I know you didn't see the puddle, I know you were rather young
Everything will be fine; you just better watch that tongue
Just please, wipe your feet at the door

I was looking up my recent post in the forum and came
across this one, about the challenge, and this is great!
Your "description" is hilarious (..."better than a movie!")
and your lyrics are really well done. Not to the mention
the music. Thank you.
