so far
my fave. i can smell alot of the northwest influence in your work. not really one band, but the whole washington vibe. i lived there during the whole explosion of bands, and i can tell you living in the rain 50 weeks out of the year can draw thihs type of agression out of you... nice tune.

Hah!
thanks dude. and you're right - I would say there's definitely a NW influence present in my stuff. As for the rain, I actually don't mind it too much. It's the dark winters I can't take!

Oh and check back in around a week or two. More NW influenced aggro stuff on the way!

thanks
thanks for listening. it took a few runs to get my vocals (and head!) in the right space to pull off all the shouting. Should be interesting doing this one live...

Short and not sweet at all...
...I'm guessing it wasn't meant to be 'sweet' anyway.
It is very cool, though.

This reminds so much of a specific band, but I just can't put my finger on it. Whatever the comparison is - I can assure you, it is a positive one!

hah!
Yeah this one's fairly sugar-free.
hmmm I'm very curious as to which band you're thinking of. As far as the singing goes I kind of took a Cobain-esque approach to the opening verse and kept building from there. Music-wise..? My writing pal Scott wrote this riff and I thnk it's actually based on a cartoon theme haha!

Yikes, songs like these make me want to hang up my guitar in shame - even a super short one like this.

yup!
It's a short one for sure. It's meant to be a 'hidden' track at the end of a CD. Thanks for listening and commenting!

INTENSE
I didn't expect this. This is great. The vox is a little low in the mix, but the production is fantastic.

Great!!!!!
This is fantastic.
Kinda "Bleach-y" for sure.
I'm going through the metal tracks on macJams and enjoying myself immensely... although not a staple of my musical diet this is inspiring me to try something with a bit more "heaviosity" next time....
