Olympic is great BUT before we had that, we had many wars (still have) so I did this to honor all the soldiers who have fight for peace and give there lives for us who want fredom.. So give them a thought as well.. PeaceP.S I tried my very best to play on my keyboard and some loops too to have the right feeling of sorrow... This is 8.18 long song. One more thing this I had never done, if it not had been for my friend Feter's help .. You know what I mean Feter.. Peace ;D)* |

Yes its fun with new toys even if I have it hard w LOGIC so sure I enjoy my keyboard more now as I feel I have almost give up my git playing who is sad but true... Peace

I'm afraid I soon ran out of energy giving long comments :) so this will be shorter.
A very dark, sad mood here. I hear some clipping at the bottom end (although it may be just that my headphones are freaking out!), but otherwise no production nits at all. I was kind of waiting for some lighter, wistful moments to come in, and was pleased to hear a drop in volume/"busyness" around 5:30. To me, the sounds you used seem more synthy than I would have expected on this, which is really more of an orchestral piece. I've been working with the Orchestral Jam Pack instruments lately, and know how difficult it can be to get the sounds to work the way you want them. I especially like the way you've used percussion in this.
Overall, not a "fun" listen, but moving and deep.

You don't need to do this comment BUT I really like it..hehehe... Okay.. I have a hard time w LOGIC PRO 8... But today I got my hands on LOGIC STUDIO too so now its even harder lol... BUT WOW I think I buy it as I right now just borrow it from a friend who is a good musician and use PRO-TOOLS for all the work he do.. And he had bye this more just to have it like we guys are little CRAZY to have all the fun toys if you know what I mean...lol
I know I have some mistake in this but it was a good experience too me as well.... NOW I have to found out hove all the synths works and if I can use Main Stage when I record tracks in LOGIC or if I found the same cool thinks there... I have only install STUDIO an check it a little after I had to go and make a visit to my mom... So I'm very curios if it is more options w synths in LOGIC now as I only had time to open Main Stage... Okay I better stop writing now and open up the apps... Cheers K.A

I did my very best doing this... But it started when I try to do some back-round music to Feter's "Matty Grove" I did not succeeded so it went out to this piece as I thought it should fit so well to the Olympic things.. Cheers

For your kind comments its mean a lot too me as I read it with sorrow in my heart... I hate wars and always have done that I remember when I was just a child trying to understand WHY old mans had to fight against each other and I still not understand it... Why can we not respect and love each other that is a thing I've try to do with all the people I've meet I also try to see good things in all humans as I know many of us is lost in a world that the money rules.

This had never been done with out my friend "Feter" some of the music in this was meant to be to a (Collab) w him.. But I did not fix that thing so I change it with me thinking about Olympic Games and War and out come this.

I missed this one and am glad you highlighted in the best of 08 thread. Well orchestrated and nicely mixed. Conveys a deep and reflective mood. Nice job on the percussion. Just right
