cool to rehear this and yes it should be up and playing. does she dance around when you play this song for her?
DustyAttic
and yes, she's a dancing, prancing, entertaining little thing. When she sees me she always says, "Guitar?"... heheh!
Thanks Vicar.

The ol' Dadai magic, the ol' Dadai vibe... I've got a song by a friend of mine to send you that bookends this pretty neatly...
I like how loose this is. I am also an easy touch for songs by people who love their kids and grandkids, singing about those kids and grandkids... As I get older I am less convinced that there are more important things...
I like the harmonica and guitar being simple and unadorned... And a lot of heart in that vocal, Jack...

Well Ed, you got the ol' part right... I'd love to hear your friends song. Nothing like bookends (S&G?). Definitely a loose recording (one take on each part). After listening and thinking I should re-arrange it, rerecord it, especially the harp... I thought... nah--- Molly loves it.
Thanks Ed.

.. a little treasure. Fitting tribute Jack. Glimpses of Elvis, Paul Simon and Bob Dylan all smoothly rolled into one. Thanks for sharing.
DustyAttic
and thanks for those comments Alan. I appreciate you stopping by to listen.

She's a treasure - this song is a treasure.
Thanks so much for posting it.
I enjoyed the tune and I think it's ok to say I enjoyed the photo even more with the tune playing loudly in the background.
She's a total doll baby!
DustyAttic
She's much better than the song for sure... good to know you liked the pic and the tune.
Thanks...

The lyrics are absolutely genius.
I love the refrain most of all it held me in.
The tone and the overall song is very catchy.
All the best
