If this isn't a bad acid trip...
I don't know what is! I didn't really get the sense that this was about anything in particular (what was the plucked banjo doing in there?!). Although, as an experiment in evolving sounds its kinda interesting on its own. You certainly can seemlessly mold and transform a lot of diverse sounds.

If you're looking to develop this I'd suggest creating distinct movements that characterize the before, during, and after stages of the event to which you are refering. Make each evocative of a particular idea and then find some way to tie them together with a musical thread.

Thanks for your feedback! I was attempting to blend a number of evocative
sounds to sort of tell a story, but I think it digressed into chaos towards the
end which is why it is short :)

Every sound in the piece has a meaning or intent of some sort which is all I'll
say about what I was thinking or intending. Its much more interesting to hear
what other people "get" from it and I am learning from everyone nice enough
to listen and comment!

I really like this. I wish I was able to offer constructive feedback, but that's not really my forté. I'll just let you know when I think something's pretty cool.

Genre Info
Experimental music is any music that challenges the commonly accepted notions of what music is. There is an overlap with avant-garde music. John Cage was a pioneer in experimental music and defined and gave credibility to the form. As with other edge
