I Have no idea what 20 Century means as a category, but I'd figure to try it. #7 from Bar RRR Rikki's Redneck Review, circa 1987. This is all 1 track on the JX3P. Improv of course. The JX was one of the coolest synths ever made. It was fully digital, midi, with an analog controller (hmmm...fully digital with an analog controller...somthing wrong with that?). No LEDs, this things was all buttons, and analog knobs so you could twist digital output through analog filters. Too frickin cool if you ask me, which is why this has this very impressive backwards, reverse envelope happening. It's really all forward, if you know what I mean, just reversed first after it's played. That makes total sense, right? Ths JX3p also sported one of the best bell sounds ever...we'll get to that later, tapes from the early years coming soon.
